Second my favorite Japanese TV show... Manten Aozora Restaurant 満天⭐︎青空レストラン

In my Second blog, I will introduce my favorite Japanese TV show is 
Manten Aozora restaurant. (満天⭐︎青空レストラン)

Introduction

The TV program is that introducing seasonal foods with guests and visit various parts of Japan every week and introduce the original taste and the flavor. Also, introduce how to eat / cook the food in the region and recipes that can make at home.

 

 Example (Last week 10/12 sat)

 Visited Itoigawa city in Niigata prefecture (新潟県糸魚川市) and introduced about egg plant that called Koshino maru-nasu  

(越の丸ナス.)

The shape of the Koshino maru-nasu different from eggplant that we see at grocery stores, it is round-shaped.

 

 

 

 And, they tried to eat it without any cooking, then they said sooo sweet!!

 This eggplant is super easy to make, wrapped with aluminum foil and put in the fire for 20 min.
